Camp Old Navy
[ July 14, 2011; 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. ] For the third year, the Brigade Boys & Girls Club Junior Staff will participate in “Camp Old Navy”. This program provides a job-shadowing experience for Club Junior Staff, ages 13-18, and provides career exploration and on-the-job training experience. The Club partners with our local Old Navy Store at 352 South College Road.
Little Star Award: Johnathan Plapp
Congratulations to Club member Johnathan Plapp for being named the Little Star Award by the Wilmington Star News. Johnathan was nominated by Athletic Director Mike Capps for his hard work and great sportsmanship. Congratulations Jonathan - we are very proud of you!
Summer Program Begins
[ June 13, 2011; 6:30 am; ] The Brigade Boys & Girls Club Summer Program begins Monday, June 13th and runs through Friday, August 19th. For more information on how to register for our Summer program, please go to the “Get Involved” tab and click on “Become a Member”.
Softball Championship Game
[ June 9, 2011; 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. ] The Brigade Softball League Championship Game will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 6:00pm. Join us on the main Athletic Field to see who brings home the championship!
Club Closed
[ June 3, 2011; ] The Brigade Boys & Girls Club will be closed on Friday, June 3rd because of out-of-town Staff training. The Club will re-open on Monday, June 6th.
Surf Camp
[ June 7, 2011 4:00 pm to June 9, 2011 6:00 pm. ] Odysea Surf Camp will be taking 10-12 Club kids to Surf Camp June 7-9 free of charge! Check out our surfers at Wrightsville Beach Access #4!
