Boys & Girls Club employees must have a strong interest in working with children and actively supporting the individual needs of each child. They should be emotionally mature, and willing to commit to the level of service Boys & Girls Club aims to provide. Employees must take pride in all aspects of their designated responsibilities, and be dedicated to further development of their professional skills.

Job Listings: Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma and successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug testing.
New Hanover County:
Bus Drivers:
Monday-Friday 2pm-4:30pm
Must have CDL
Lifeguards:
Summer Hours: Monday-Friday ~40 hours per week
Must have CPR, First Aid & Lifeguard Certification
Prior experience preferred
Summer Program Aides:
Work directly with the youth implementing programs during our summer camp
Monday-Friday, approximately 30-40 hours per week
